Facilitating communication between Guests and Property Owners.
Offering additional services, such as personalized travel arrangements.
SMS Stay acts as an intermediary and is not the owner or operator of any listed properties.
3. Bookings and Payments
Accuracy of Information: Guests must provide accurate information when booking accommodations.
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after payment is processed and the Property Owner accepts the request.
Payment Terms: Payments are securely processed via SMS Stay’s approved payment methods. A booking deposit or full payment may be required based on the property.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Guest Cancellations: Refunds for cancellations depend on the property's cancellation policy, as stated during booking.
Property Owner Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation by the Property Owner, SMS Stay will assist in arranging alternative accommodations or processing refunds.
Force Majeure: SMS Stay is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen events, such as natural disasters or travel restrictions.
5. User Responsibilities
Guests: Must adhere to property rules, respect check-in and check-out times, and maintain the property’s condition.
Property Owners: Must provide accurate listings and ensure the property meets the described standards.
6. Liability
SMS Stay is not liable for any disputes between Guests and Property Owners, including but not limited to damages, losses, or disagreements.
Guests and Property Owners agree to release SMS Stay from claims arising from their use of the platform.
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, and branding, on the SMS Stay platform is the property of SMS Stay and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.
